We have been going to Ixtapa for over 30 years and first time at Holiday Inn Resorts. The property was awesome. Locations were great for Restautant. Get there early or later they fill up very fast. Pool area was full all the days we were there. Staff was awesome, thank you. The onsite General Manager was very friendly and made us feel like one of the family.

Hospitality - Staff was really well behaved, smiling , helpful. Captain Adriana and Ched Edmundo were both really helpful among some others during the stay. Please keep up.

the property was good, the staff was very attentive and welcoming. however the food and drinks were HORRIBLE!! very low quality for the amount of money paid! this place needs to pay more attention to the gastronomy and drinks served. because they're are CHEAP AND HORRIBLE. I had to go out the premises to eat out out of my own money.
